Shipping

Orders are processed after they have been reviewed and confirmed by our team.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and destination.

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

Wholesale orders are processed using the payment method selected at checkout.

If you select Invoice / Payment Due Later, payment is due according to the agreed payment terms.

A printed copy of your invoice will be included with your shipment.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

All return requests must be approved by Larus Jewellery before merchandise is returned.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Special orders, custom orders, and discontinued items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged

or were shipped in error.
